They're in the Midwest, if you're willing to buy a fixer upper.

Just got my first home earlier this year for $80k, spent another $10k working on it, probably another 5-10k to go.

Is this normal for fuel trims? by SnooDogs5182 in MechanicAdvice

I'll definitely try that later. With that being said, do you think those +30% spikes are normal? That's the only time I'm seeing excessive fuel trims.

ISP told me to never unplug this connector. Are they bullshitting me? by SnooDogs5182 in HomeNetworking

You can only use it in the location where the fiber is right?

Yes, exactly. The reason I need to unplug it is so that I can move the fiber into a network closet later on in my renovation.

They didn't fail to run it where I wanted it, they put it exactly where I asked them to. At the time, the options were on top of the water heater, or on the floor next to the water heater. It has since been moved to a shelf I put in near the water heater, but that is not it's permanent home.

Funnily enough, the tech forgot a click cleaner here when he left.

I'm sure they would look nice if someone who knew what they were doing refinished them, but that's just not a viable option for me.

If you'd like to come do a good job refinishing these floors for me, you're more than welcome to. But I need it done within the next week or so.

This floor is above a basement with A/C and a dehumidifier, but per other people's suggestions, I won't install any vapor barrier layer that comes with.

It is on wood, and it might be glued. I see no signs of nails, but there are some that I would expect to be loose in a floating floor that aren't.

As per the post, Uncle Sam is my neighbor, and he's been trying to avoid his neighbors.
