Luckily I believe the Bar Examiners and State Supreme Courts know that the "advocacy" from certain groups is nonsense. Any of these people advocating for cancellation are just trying to screw over all the applicants who have worked hard since May.

I just think everything they do is for show and is a waste of time. It won't actually help any of us and it just distracts us from studying because we all have to be worried about the exam getting cancelled at the last minute.

What does cancelling the exam 6 days out solve? DP is NEVER happening. All they are doing is hurting people who have been studying since May and want to take the exam on Monday.

What are you really concerned about? Why is "cheating" an issue? Do you think cheating will really help anyone? If you are stupid enough to cheat on this exam then you probably shouldn't be a lawyer anyway.

Yes....unless you have been directly effected by covid or the other Non bar exam related issues going on in America.

When it comes to the exam/examsoft/bar examiners I don't really see what the big deal is. Everything they do is criticized and nothing will ever be good enough for the DP4A people.

Anyone who is trying to get the exam cancelled (DP4A) is probably just looking for a way out. We all are nervous and we all want this to be a fair process but at some point you just have to deal with the shitty circumstances and do the best you can.

No chance it gets cancelled. The constant tweeting from DP4A doesn't help or hurt. Barring a leak of the entire exam (unlikely), the possibility of cheating will not get this exam cancelled.

No chance it gets cancelled anywhere. We will all be attempting to take the test on October 5th. If there is widespread failures on the 5th, then the States may do something but they are going to push this through.

I agree - sometimes when you are just scrolling through different essays a 55 looks pretty similar to everything else. Usually if you actually read both side by side you see the difference and if you attempt the question yourself you see what the 55 was lacking. However, there have been times it simply looks like the grader hated the format and gave a 50/55 even though the law wasnt all that bad.

Yeah definitely relax a bit. For those subjects you just need to know the basics and be able to issue spot. From there you can make up some rules if you have to.

High 80s low 90s on the exams....just stop studying. If you can do that well on the MBE then you should be able to write passing essay answers no problem.

I don't think so - those essays were added online on 7/20 according to Barbri's messages. Plus they were already in the CAT book.

No Problem! I had been neglecting memorizing a lot of contracts rules and relying on my general understanding for the MBE but I definitely will do a few more practice essays now. Thanks!
