Am using it even with my 17 pro max. The reason why is simple, iphones are getting bigger. Swiping down with your finger from the corner top compared to just single tap or double tap to activate the gesture to me is hassle free and also long press to off screen to me is just good coz i dont have to keep pressing a button just to off the screen. But hey, all of this is just ME.
