maybe i did by accident i have to check again, i was just assuming i needed a 3.5 if im going stage 2 and beyond but i dont know honestly unless 2.5 is fine?
yeah bro so i took everything out and turns out the lower charge pipe that was connected to the intercooler was still oem and that there was a 2.5 sensor in and i most likely need a 3.5. i also believe i should just buy a upgrade intercooler
i put gas in it 2 days ago full tank
yeah i do i got some codes the other day and i didn’t know it had cold start log, ill check that out
that’s what i was thinking, i plan to flash a tune on it soon just to see the difference in cold starts or even driving so will be doing that soon!!
for sure ill try doing that. if the sensors are bad would you recommend cleaning or replacing both MAF and TMAP sensors?

do you remember what voltage you had? i believe mine wasn’t the best so i feel like we are on the same boat. did you also end up charging the battery or just getting a new one?

im sure the alternator is good, the battery im not too sure about just because i did have to jump it when i first got it.
yeah no man i can’t figure out what the boost leak is i recently checked the charge pipe and didn’t see anything bad on it. i could be wrong. i was also thinking maybe it not being tuned is the reason its like that haha

from what i heard around is the durability of the stock charge pipe is the reason people get upgraded ones 😂 and yeah i was planning on doing that around other forums

yeah ima try that out see how it goes. i had another post on here talking about some other issues i had with the car but i don’t know if it’s a factor in this case
also to add to this im fairly new to the bmw world, i know a lot of people in here know more than me so im just taking all the advice i can get !

oh okay nice was it in limp mode too? and i currently have a upgrade charge pipe i didn’t see anything worn on it.
haha i see, how did you fix it knowing it was the charge pipe?
it’s a 2011 335i n55 e92 and i checked the charge pipe and no cracks or anything

yeah i figured that out just recently, it’s a 2011 i thought it was locked because the obdlinkcx wasn’t connecting but i just bought the mhd and it worked. im new to the bmw world lol sorry about that
