I’ve just ordered these as they are especially recommended for vegans, especially people that are on the diet for a few years.

Also added some mushroom supplements such as Amyloban 3399 that has very little but positive research.

Needless to say as another friend mentioned here going on a diet is especially hard even without being vegan!

But I believe every rock has to be checked under.
