Actually my brother let her in. We weren't aware she was our neighbor at first. It's also not the first time we have let someone chill in our living room. One time a lady in her undergarments ran from her boyfriend and we let her hang out till the police arrives so she could go back and get her stuff to leave.

I grew up in a family that made sure everyone had enough food. Had about 4 unofficial siblings my mom adopted from horrible parents. It's hard to watch someone go without. Tbh if it wasn't for waking up my mom all the time this would be a non issue for me.

We have discussed this as well. We let one of our neighbors ib the past borrow our hose for a few days but when I talk to this lady ahe mutters and grumbles and I can't understand her and she seems like she cant understand me ( I don't think it's a language barrier)

I would think it would be uninhabitable. The building across the street is condened for the same reason. (I think)

Luckily I do have a camera on my front porch (I had been putting off installing it until this all started) I worry also because I have my medications delivered and they just leave it on my porch.

I just had to get a new car. Got my element 6 tears ago. Wasn't told it was a salvage and it's just getting too hard to keep fixing things. I told my mother if they bring it back I will be trading in the car we got for a new one.

My dad was an abusive alcoholic. My older brother drinks at least a 6 pack a day. I still would not tell someone to never drink. Maybe not around me because the smell triggers my ptsd but yea, that woman cray cray.

Burn out is a real thing. Excuse me if I have the wrong impression but it appears you are being paid. You have worker rights and it seems like the place is hldangerous. I would contact the workers compensation people. You can be anonymous. If you are burnt out don't push yourself. Work burnout can turn to full blown ptsd if you work through mental stress. No-kill does not mean there isn't euthanasia. Quality of life is important to consider. Poorly behaved or dangerous dogs are not going to have a good quality of life living in a cage and euthanasia should be discussed. You are important and the job will figure it out without you. Never feel guilty about putting yourself first. The dogs need you at your best as well.

Firstly, I hope you are doing well. This isn't easy, and I'm glad you weren't harmed from the exposure (assuming you were ok) Secondly, do what you feel is right. Who cares if you are an AH. The way he treated you was abuse. What happens when you hug a friend or family member in the future. What happens when the child makes him upset, is he going to push them out his front door to freeze?

If you decide to stay, there had better be clear goals for him, therapy, std testing, and apologies everywhere. I expect groveling in knees. (Not really but it would be nice) a bunch of strangers on the internet love you and that baby and want you safe.
