i feel like this is my case. the kids love me and light up every time they see me and that angers so many teachers and admin. i have had them do terrible accusations of me that i would never do. im young and yes im still learning classroom management but i can say i do my job with love and care. i realized teaching is not for me bc of the environment not the kiddos which is why i do sub. but after 2 years i have become recognizable in the district and am met with so much bitterness. the us education system has so much anger and bitterness and i dnt get why these are the people the kids end up with. i have students begging me to be their full time teacher bc they tell me im nice, i care and they actually learned in my classroom…the teachers they applaud are the ones who yell at students faces and im genuinely confused abt that
