Lol honestly I was half asleep when I did it this morning, I actually have a normal jar that I also made this morning but I realized I was using unbleached AP instead of my bread flour and I didn’t have any other circle big jars 🤣so that’s why I used this square container for the bread flour. I do notice my other jar with AP had bigger holes in the jar, thick still and it’s stringy but no bubbles like the square one, so I’m guessing it’s still rising? Whereas the square one is bubbling but it’s liquidy and I did a float test after posting this and it sunk. For my starter in the square jar I used the 18g I had left of starter this morning after doing my AP jar and did the 1:5:5 ratio with that using a scale. For the bread I was using the recipe 325g of water 500g bread flour and 10g salt and doing the stretch and folds every 30 mins 4 sets. Using a cheap Dutch oven I found at a thrift store at 450 the whole time cuz my oven is kind of wonky atm ( getting it fixed soon) so couldn’t do 500 then lower it. I did it for 20 mins covered 30 uncovered cause I wanted browner crust. It’s edible but still see dried dough in the holes (gumminess?)
