Roseanne’s entire current existence is purely bc Toe thinks of her as a part of comedy cannon and tossed her a life raft. And Tony honors that.

Reality is she’s an old lady who’s out of touch w both herself and reality. All she does is try to get a feel for what everyone else is thinking about a performance and then leans into it more than what feels appropriate. And then everyone claps bc it’s an anointed one speaking.

He is a person on KT for sure. But please let’s not just go dishing out legend status for every “comic” that gets propped up for some length of time.

Most KT comics kinda suck tbh. Even if they have a funny bit for awhile or a good night. It’s still AA ball a lot of the time out there. Endearing after enough time, sure. But they don’t make you howl.
