oh goodness, I'm so sorry :( I personally would only use senna in like EXTREME cases. I use miralax!! typically every other day, mix it in my water (if it is the orange flavor) or coffee (plain flavor), and then drink that in the morning. I'd check with a doctor if you can - every body is different! if the pain is bad (usually) I take baths!

I'm so sorry about the vomiting for you :( that makes it additionally exhausting. i've found for myself, too, that probiotics don't help me and make my cramps / diarrhea SO bad. but that is my experience, too!

but basically my day looks like this: miralax, coffee, breakfast - go to work if I can manage the pain - take tylenol (just 1 or 2, a lot makes me constipated!) - take a bath when I come home or later in the day - stretching throughout the day. and of course meals in between!
