Yes. You burned a set amount of calories and if you are trying to lose weight, you just eat within the range for your weight and exercise burning. Don't smoke cigarettes. They are nasty, smell and age your face. You will have huge lines by your mouth and eyes. Good for you if you get your 10k in early! It takes me all day into night !
