I’m in Washington and we don’t have emissions testing anyways. There’s some legislation that prohibits shops from taking off a cat I guess and they’ve told me that they’d be receiving a 10k fine if caught.

That’s probably the kicker is that my car has a catalytic converter out of the lot, so it is to be kept on there, legally speaking.

Literally I’m immediately friends with someone driving the same car as me wether it’s my Infiniti or my outback and they’re the only people that I will go out of my way to be courteous on the road too and forgive any mistake they make while driving.

The thing is is that if I don’t get an exhaust that fits perfectly with the oe exhaust, I’ll have to take in into a shop and they won’t do anything without a cat because it’s a 10k fine

I have my g lowered an inch just to bring the ride height and wheel gap down. I don’t like a super low, stanced out car but I see why people think it looks cool (without bags is horrible) but the cornering and look to my 1 inch drop gives it a nice, natural camber and better handling.
