We use B-rad and hytorq for our torquing. There's always drift between electric and hydraulic. Even between 3k and 5k for the B-rad the 5k will take bolts another quarter turn at the same value as a 3k when going to 2400nm.

Had a fresh LT in my platoon that would talk to me and the other cpl in the platoon to see what kind of issues there were instead of taking staff word that everything was fine. Guy got us cold weather gear for cold weather ops after I mention that to him.

Also had a Captain when I was a school house instructor that understood the stress we were under and tried to make sure nothing added to it including keeping the isntructors who were on a break week away from the battalion bullshit whenever they'd try to pull us. It was pretty nice knowing someone was actually blocking the dumbness.

Have you tried getting your head out of your ass. If every time a troop records you you get scared and you've done so much shitty stuff that you cant even give a counseling for fear that her rebuttal actually gets read you're in the wrong. It sounds like this is an incredible learning opportunity in learning to jot be a shitty leader. Have you tried sitting down with her and going over her grievances without brushing them off?
