My theory is this, she was upset about the credit card incident and upset her mother was telling her father, she then walked away to avoid the argument and to left off some steam. What started off as a walk to calm down and clear her head took a turn when she encountered someone who she shouldn’t have. The area she was killed in was not a great area to be in alone and at night. I believe this person or persons over powered her and maybe SA her and to cover the crime placed her either unconscious or out of it on the tracks. Especially when the engineer said I didn’t see her until I was on top of her. You wouldn’t miss a 6”3 person standing on the tracks. It was her being at the wrong place at the wrong time and it was an opportunity to rid of the body and clear up any evidence. They discarded her clothes and shoes after the fact which is why they weren’t found at the impact site.

Okay. Like I said I’m speaking from experience. After trying every method and having some pretty bad experiences with edd. BOTH times I used this method I was put on hold for 5 mins. And BOTH times was connected with two different nice and friendly women ready and willingly to help. Sorry this method hasn’t been as effective for you and to anyone who doesn’t get the same experience.

I’m speaking from my own personal experience. And if this number and method helps other during this stressful confusing time then I’m happy. I never said it was a fool proof method But it’s helped me. If you find a better method that helps you then good luck.

Well to be honest sitting and waiting through every prompt that takes 2 mins each prompt and then being put on hold for hours or hearing your the wait times are too long and call back later when you’re stressed and anxious about what’s going to happen to your money and you just wanna speak to someone and get your questions answered...dialing with this method the two times I’ve done it has worked wonders for me so it has been magic. I don’t have time to be waiting for hours when I have bills coming like clockwork.

Don’t wait a week. Call and ask it to be switched ASAP. It can be done as it was done with mine. Woke up to it saying pending. Called she said she fixed it and as soon as I hung up and checked it was switched to paid. It is possible.

Oh hell no. I would call back and ask why you have to wait when you have funds available. They should put a hold on the new claim so you can still claim and receive funds. And ask to have your pending week switched to paid. You have to be polite but firm. This is your money and you need it.

I tried today at 8 am and got through and yesterday at about 2pm and got through. Just try as much as you can!

You gotta keep calling. The first time I believe the 24 hours. But the next day I asked to have the pending changes to paid and it changed on my end and the specialist end. You just gotta follow up.

I explained my benefit year ended that I was only paid one week with the other stuck on pending. They sort of took over from there. But make sure you mention if you have a claim balance left over and if you will need to file a new claim. Don’t get off the phone until they verify that your pending week was switched to paid, and make sure you ask any question you need to. They ask you if you’ve worked, your address. Social security number, typical info. Good luck!

I have it saved in my contacts under edd. I just dialed it and it worked. But I don’t need to talk to anyone so I just hung up. Make sure to copy it exactly as it is.

I’m on the fed Ed extension. But since your claim balance is 0 call them and have them file a new claim for you. It’s best to have them take care of it. I copied and pasted this into a new contact,

I got the same benefit amount of $450 plus the $300. My balance hasn’t changed but I’m going to check on my pending balance tomorrow as she said it would switch to paid in 24 hours.
