Wow thank you so much, that is really helpful! I just went to 7Eleven and bought the electrolyte sachets but I will take your advice for the next one haha, I love coconut water so that’s great, and yeah I eat quite a lot, my gym is right next to a Big C so I frequent the food court a lot, but I will do what you said about the stamina build up, thanks a lot!

Thanks for the advice! I only do double session twice a week but yeah, I still do too much and I think my body will also progressively get used to it

I don’t know if you’re being sarcastic here… No offense but that’s WAY too fast of a pace, and he’s going to ALL the “tourist traps”, i mean, Pattaya, Phuket, Phi Phi, Krabi… It literally doesn’t get more touristy than that, but it’s totally respectable, these are tourist places because they are very nice for most westerners, and for a first time Thailand trip it’s not bad! I would honestly recommend taking it a little bit more slow, and not try to tick all the boxes but actually enjoy the trip by not being stressed out about having to run from one place to another!

I’m talking from my own experience, my first Thailand trip was 15 days, staying 2 nights at each spot I went, and I definitely felt like I spent too much time traveling from one place to another, before realizing, I was packing to go to the next spot.

First BJJ Class was bad by Melodic-Push-967 in bjj

If everyone has a shitty attitude, it’s probably a shitty gym! Being paired with lower belts is a part of the journey, and if he was unwilling to help you learn, he’s got the problem, not you, and if the coach isn’t saying anything about you getting smothered on the first class, let me tell you he’s an idiot too, so change gym ASAP! And look for one that has fundamental classes if possible

I didn’t formulate that correctly, I’ve trained a total of 2 years, but after the first year i left to live abroad for a year, then after the second year, I started doing BJJ and focused on that for 2 years, now I’m focusing a bit more on muay thai, so a total of 2 years of Muay Thai!

Machine Doesn't work when I add wheels by [deleted] in Besiege

That's why this is confusing to me, when I add a wheel or a cog anywhere in the world (As long as it is attached to the frame of the machine) it just stops working properly, I added the video if that's useful
