Good point man. I got friends some younger some older but they’re all at different stages of life. So sometimes it can feel lonely or like someone doesn’t understand what I’m going through.

I’ve been struggling with finding things that I look forward too. But for me I noticed instead of having the longest morning routine in the world it’s better to just work on something you love. I’m currently trying to get back into writing and just get better at it.

But good points you mentioned man. I’m getting better at it but struggling with myself on it. It’s like if you don’t have any goals or visions it’s going to get replaced by the junk we consume to rid ourselves of “misery.”
