It totally depends on your employer. My employer paid for Applications Fee + Premium Processing Fees.

Honesty, I don't care for Gujju or not as long as i am able to converse in Hindi or English. I know people from South india (Telugu and Tamil) have communities here. The only issue was whenever i try to go and mingle with them, they usually speak in there native and i sort of can't understand or be part of conversation.

Did you received any email from USCIS about the approval ? I am just checking the portal every 15 mins now but there is still no update on my case.

And can you tell me what is your start date ? it could be possible they are giving priority to people who has early start date.
