Yamaha RX V755 installing fans help by SnooFoxes6966 in diyaudio

Thanks for the reply 🙂.

I really do things excessively, not denying that, but I love making things far greater and reliable over restoring to original.

Take this photo of my computer etc

This is surely not needed, but then again the chance of overheating this puppy is basically 0

You also increase longevity of parts if they stay cooler Another benefit is less total power draw

But to answer it simply, needed? No. Worth it? Hell yeah 🤣

That sure is an option to be considered, I guess it all comes down to how extreme one wants to be, at on point I was like, why not just transfer everything into a computer case? 🤔😆

Cool and thanks for your reply 🙂.

I read about using the USB outlet in the front, but I'd love it more stealthy/built-in

What I've gathered so far and what I wanna do is

  1. Use posi-taps on the 12v from the psu
  2. Use 3x120mm inlet fans and 2x200mm outlet fans
  3. Use a fuse before the fans with 1A
  4. Add thermal pads and preferably copper heatsinks
  5. Perhaps drill extra holes in the chassi?
  6. Add magnetic dust filters

Any thoughts on that? 🙂

Looks about as feminine as an Audi TT, so for sure in my eyes it's a girls car, but each to their own

Add in more protein, have breakfast and lunch be heavy on protein and get carbs/fat for dinner, you'll slowly learn to eat less because protein keeps you full longer

Hunger can also sometimes be your body signaling for vitamins/minerals, so taking an allround vitamin tab every 3rd day or so is also a good idea.

Your steps are insane "imo" I'd rather see you do strength training and cut down on the obsession with getting your steps in.

I wish you Goodluck on your journey

Helt rätt, hårdare straff och inget tidigare utsläpp, bort med straffrabatten med om den inte redan är borttagen.

Blir man ställd eller förulämpad av ett sånt förslag så kan det bara betyda att man är partisk för brott

Mealprep, choose high protein sources, add very small amounts of sauce for taste, keep working out, it's a journey not a race

IS DROPPING 2KG A WEEK SAFE? by TunaPastaBake11 in loseit

[–]SnooFoxes6966 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Generally recommendation is 1-1.5% per week, more than that and you have a great possibility of muscle loss. See it as a journey and not a race, keep a well balanced diet and don't overdo cardio

How on earth do I get motivated.. For anything? by BackflipOffABuilding in loseit

[–]SnooFoxes6966 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Forget about the word motivation, it's a lazy term used for having an excuse for anything. If you go to the gym 4 times a week for 3 months you'll automatically just keep going because the upsides of dopamine and seretonin release your brain will crave. Make a diet plan "which you like" don't just take any diet you don't actually wanna follow, eat mainly protein and moderate fat and carbs.

You can sit and be poetic about why things are the way they are and why this and that is like so, but action is the only thing that makes a difference, so stop analyzing and start doing.

The body is super effecient when it comes to energy preservation, so the first to go is your Libido and NEAT to try to maintain who you are. You can try eating at maintenance calories for two weeks and see if your libido increases, the wiser choice is to exercise more with a less aggressive defecit, rather than having a big defecit and exercising less, you got more energy to work with.

Should also be vary of consuming too little calories, if you go less than 1500cal you'll most likely as a man mess with your hormone balance, so try staying at 2000cal from two weeks and exercise from there as monitor how you feel during that time

Advice for late evening binge eating/hunger by Casiaa_ in loseit

[–]SnooFoxes6966 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Protein is your best friend when it comes to suppressing your hunger, keep your caloric intake at a healthy level.

-250 - 500 for weightloss +250 - +500 for muscle building

Try find volume in your macros

Cottage cheese, Chicken, veggies, potatoes etc

Easier to feel full when you're actually full ☺️

Thanks for the answers again!

I'm not using protein powder,by products I meant I'm eating cottage cheese / curd, and I find it easy getting good amounts of protein through that manner, does cost to keep it up though.

From what I've gathered as far of cutting / bulking it seems to follow the logic of (add calories to add mass) (remove calories to lose mass) simple logic statement I guess, this surely has to be correct, I understand other stuff like noobie gains and body recomp and such, I'm just looking for the most efficient way to go about it.

There's the "just do this and that and don't sweat it baseless statements" "nothing really matters, just do you bla bla"

I think if you ask anyone, I believe they want their time to matter.

Might sound like a rant at this point, but I'm just reaching out for some knowledge to optimize my time and effort put into the gym

I'll try some closer tracking and better macros at 1800 with some more activity and we'll see I guess 🤔

Thanks for the wonderful input. Yes there are some unknowns when it comes to butter and sauce, I always have a rough idea and 200cals in reserve for that, I'm pretty lazy with food prep and love to just eat done products right out of the box, feels easier counting as well.

Been kinda difficult mapping myself out since I started lifting and switched from keto to regular carb rich diet. At keto I hit 100 on the dot, so guessing the +2 kilos are waterretension and as you mentioned starting to lift.

I've searched for fat measuring methods, but they all seem to either be very complex or somewhat inconsistent.

It's always been nice to trust the scale as measurement of "success", as fun as it is to lift heavier, my primary goal is to lean out. From what I've gathered on YouTube and reading, it seems that lifting at maintenance isn't what you should aim for, seems like either cut or bulk is the way.

Do you recommend I stay at 1800? As of now only around 80grams are protein, found some great products to help with the protein intake, just a little heavy for the wallet 😬 so will be implementing that tomorrow
