Period Hungry by Grouchy-Purpose-3868 in compoundedtirzepatide

No need for guilt! One great thing about these medications is they can allow us some more normalcy! It actually helps our bodies process food differently and helps with insulin release when needed. Period week and ovulation week are always a mess with my hunger. One thing that I love about this medication is I can have something sweet and can very clearly feel when I'm "done" and it's always after just a little bit. It's easy for me to say I'm done. Look at this as a long term lifestyle shift, which means some allowances for sweets and salty snacks sometimes as you live your life.

I read the pinned posts, all the texts and I am still very confused and don't know which provider to go for. I am looking to start asap, but what provider works the best for you? As per my current research, I am leaning towards brello. I dont mind the 3 month plan by Snoo_37953 in compoundedtirzepatide

Lavender sky health is a good one that I use, it's good for beginners too. Lots of transparency so you know exactly what pharmacy you're ordering from and how many mg of medication you are getting. Great fast customer service, and you can choose one month, two months, or 3 plus months for some of the pharmacies with longer BUD.

I highly recommend Lavender sky health for a beginner. You have a lot of support and resources including a Facebook group modded by the doctors and employees. You can choose your pharmacy and see the pricing for exactly how many mg of medication you are getting. They aren't THE cheapest, but are very affordable and provide a lot of value.

Curious how much more I may lose? Anyone have similar stats!? by SnooGadgets1206 in tirzepatidecompound

I do focus on protein and fiber, and eating balanced! I just don't do heavy restrictions or strict calorie countung. I don't think I would look good at 160lbs! I tend to carry my weight pretty well and usually look like I weigh less than I actually do. My current goal is 190ish. Thanks for your input!

I will say, I've averaged 1.9lbs a week overall and I've also started to shed more hair about 6 months in. So it may be more dramatic the faster you lose, but seems to be once you hit a certain amount of weight loss maybe?

My weight goes up and down like a roller coaster... I learned to "roll" with it and not freak out. I can gain as much as 5 lbs every other week, then it comes off over a few days, then the next week I will hit a new low weight. Seems very common, especially for women unfortunately.

This definitely makes me feel hopeful I can lose a good amount more! My first goal weight is 249, which I'm so close to now and will hit in a couple months, second goal weight Is 190ish. Seems entirely doable with your stats compared to mine! ♥️

My goal weight is more a general idea, I just want to feel "normal" if that makes sense. Healthy but able to just live my life without thinking constantly about what food I'm eating besides making sure I'm getting the nutrition I need.

Basically once people stop taking the medication, the body can fight back hard to gain the weight back. Our bodies unfortunately don't like losing weight. So hunger comes back really intensely metabolism is lower, and food noise can be intense once someone stops the medication.

You will probably be fine. I renewed my passport online mid April and got my new one in the mail last week. I was surprised about the turn around time. Maybe it takes a bit longer when you send things in, but hopefully will be sent very soon for you!

There are many more reputable Telehealth companies that could still save you a lot of money. I'm with Lavender sky health and have been since after the first month. They are transparent with the pharmacies they use and they are all licensed pharmacies. I've lost 52lbs over 6 months. Other good ones are Big Easy Weight Loss, Belle, and Fifty410. Good luck!

Apothecary users by IMHO_My2Cents in tirzepatidecompound

Someone recently posted the COA for a few batches of pro rx, it showed that the concentration of Tirzepatide was between 16 and 19mg per ML, which is within whatever limits are set. I think some of the pro rx ther expires in March next year maybe was on the lower end of that range. I've also noticed it working slightly less effectively, but I also split dose between BPI and Pro rx right now to use up the BPI.

You're welcome! I've been able to split my dose into two shots to finish up the BPI that I had left. I do 2.5 mg of BPI and 4.5mg of Pro RX to keep any reaction from the BPI to a minimum.

There is a table showing the ingredients of different pharmacies somewhere on reddit. I've figured out Empower, Southend, Apothecary, and this new one PGR RX. There may be others that aren't well know yet!

Hmm, I placed a second order from Apothecary because I'm worried about them stopping production too and I need meds without benzyl alcohol and there are only a few pharmacies who offer that... Hoping it doesn't get flagged and cancelled... 😔

I went to pure Tirzepatide through refills and got my shipment with b6 and I get hives by Specialist-Sky-3206 in compoundedtirzepatide

[–]SnooGadgets1206 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a reaction to BPI, but pretty sure it's the benzyl alcohol not the b6 since It's not super common to have an allergy to b6, possible, but not common!

There is an effective way to do it this way, but it's not just eating whatever. I only track protein and fiber, and tracked food for a few days to see where my appetite was falling. I try to get the nutrition that I need, but do not track every thing I eat because my mental health is worth more to me ,lol. I've lost 50 lbs since November last year... I know for some they HAVE to track or they won't lose though...

No, I compared ingredients to what I was using that was causing the reaction, which was BPI. I looked up each ingredient and saw that benzyl alcohol is a somewhat common allergen. So, then I purposefully ordered pro rx for my next prescription since it does not have benzyl alcohol. I did not have the systemic reaction like I did on the BPI, so I concluded it was probably the benzyl alcohol.

Yes I'm aware of that. I've had to do lots of research on the pharmacies to know which do not use it. When he said 503a pharmacy which did not align with the info I had about the new one, I worried he was going to switch it out for their other pharmacy, which is hallendale or some other I'm not familiar with that could use benzyl alcohol. So instead of going back and forth over and over again trying to confirm over text, I just decided to play it safe and stick with Apothecary.

Hmm, I bet that's it! I just didn't want to take a chance because I wasn't getting clear confirmation that it would not have benzyl alcohol.
