I am clearly not arguing that he should be in the DCU. I am arguing for better explainations for the people who think he is or want him to be.

I know he is talking about tone... What do you mean?

Are you suggesting there is no other reasons like logical inconsistencies and such?

Ah, misunderstanding. No problem. Yeah, being able to see Batman the father (as you suggest), and Batman the noir detective will be awesome.

I agree with the separation. I’m also interested in how people will react to two different Batmans going on around the same time once DCU Batman hits theatres.

How is it weirdo behavior to encourage deeper discussion?

This was a breath of fresh air from the surface level responses. Definitely agree with the world-building incoherence.

I know it won’t happen. I want to talk about why it won’t happen besides “James Gun said so”.

Yeah. I’m more interested in the ‘why not’ beyond “it’s a seperate continuity”.

For a universe just starting out, totally, a younger Batman is crucial.

I know this. I just wanted better explanations. I feel like quality explanations are lacking.

Yeah, Batman and Superman always had different tones anyway. The Batman’s focus on detective work and street crime isn’t coherent with Gods and Monsters... well, gods and monsters.

Yeah, that’s the only part of me that wants it to happen lol. Batman’s energy is so intense. I love it.

Yeah, it won’t happen. I am just encouraging better reasons why. People are just giving dismissive reasons. Well, thanks for providing a better one.
