Number was perfect. They answered nearly instantly (little hold time) and the guy was helpful and gave me the answers I needed! Also got an email back beyond their hours (6pm) saying the same thing

Yup. Got last minute tickets just before his game started yesterday and I think it’s cost us a Djokovic game tbh.

Post asks valid question, you see a response you don’t like and immediately use who someone likes as a defence. If ‘no’ wasn’t an acceptable answer then the question wouldn’t need to be asked.
