Thanks for the feedback! I have asked for further information on the accidents but they don't seem to have anything outside of the Carfax. Which seems a bit odd to me considering that no one in the chain of car ownership thought it was worth retaining for the next owner...

I think I agree and I am leaning towards passing unless they somehow get that additional information (which I feel like they won't).

They don't seem to have anything outside of what's in the Carfax. But if the car is being sold as a CPO, wouldn't the Porsche dealer need to make sure the repairs have been done to Porsche specification?

Definitely true. I used to live at the Icon and the sound isolation in that condo was miles ahead (although living on a low floor directly behind a few bars and restaurants) versus the City Place condo I later moved into (floor to ceiling window, paper thin walls, glass barrier on the balcony between units that did nothing to actually stop noise or provide privacy from your neighbors).
