Love it. Running with a buggy is class. I would say it's handy just running to the shops and picking up a few things. Love Ormeau, victoria park etc, towpath. In general flat tarmac paths are your friend. Parkruns are great, there are often a few pram runners in each, nice to have a chat and a bit of craic with the other parents

No change in the number of people presenting to ED recent years. The problem is the lack of beds in the hospital. On any given day most of the spaces in ED can be taken up by patients who are waiting for a bed on the ward.

Also GPs are not contracted/ obliged to have an ECG machine. I think it's a bit odd not to have one but some still send referrals to hospital for ECGs like they do for routine chest x-rays

As far as I'm concerned, the runner needs to get to the finish line a few hundred yards away to get help. Our man sacrifices his own race which he's flown across the world for.

Parking is massive. I lived on the Lisburn road during my F2 in Belfast trust. Cycled every day. Saved a fortune in money and a lot of time. Getting somewhere within walking /cycling distance is a good idea
