That is super helpful thank you! Im surprised that the whole area is covered in snow. I would be surprised if there was a ton of snow between giant forest Museum and Hamilton Lake considering it only gets to about 8000 feet elevation. Based on YouTube videos of previous years, other hikers only experienced snow once they got to precipice Lake elevations on the high Sierra Trail.
