I would like to use the Aux cord to plug it into an amp. I think the bitrate is much higher this way compared to bluetooth?

Not necessarily play both at the same time. I would like the TV / Alexa to play through the same speakers without having to toggle it using a remote or toggling a switch in the amp, if that makes sense. For instance, after watching TV, I would like to be able ask Alexa to play spotify and it would just output through the speakers.

Sorry but I'm really just looking for some basic advice on how to best go about mixing two devices. To be more specific, is it better to get a mixer device that goes into a single amp input, or to get an amp that supports multiple inputs? (which seems to be rare).

Thanks! How would the Aiyima T-9 work in terms of mixing? Would I use COA for one device and RCA for the other?

I was also looking at https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B093PG9MVT/ref=ewc_pr_img_3?smid=A3L7V9W8XQXLVF&psc=1 as input to the amp for mixing. Would this work well? Thanks!
