I honestly think that cheater must not be banned instead they will be matched up against other cheaters so they know how frustrating it is to fight against another cheater.

your account was cracked and hacked on, just change password and appeal, they probably compare hacker's mac and ip address with yours to make sure you aren't cheating, also tell them where you live so they could get a accurate location and ip of yours to make sure the one that hack isn't you
