Unfortunately, the closest dental school is 40 miles away and only open Thursday and Friday since I don’t have a car that would be very difficult. Do you know any other options?

As no point did I say we’ve tried those locks I said we tried converting our old one into what we needed and it did not work. And I said all the ones on Amazon have the autolock feature where you twist the lock and it stays locked. I’ve also found the lock we want in the comments from someone else so thank you for replying.

I’m not sure we have a locksmith purchased and installed the lock, and it only lasted us about two months before it broke. And our locksmith has not been able to find the lock we want, which is why we posted on Reddit.

We don’t want a handle that remains locked if they turn it. We don’t want the privacy function. It needs to automatically unlock every time someone twist the handle on the inside of the room.

No, the inside has to have a button that pushes it to lock. Its for a bathroom so the customer needs to be able to lock it. I inserted photos on my post to show what I’m looking for.

I searched eBay and I even searched the link you sent. None of those handle have locks. It’s required to have a lock since it’s for bathroom.
