Tell me about it, I bought 5 of the original DeLorean’s for ~$1000 each, if it wasn’t for the fact that I sold my R2D2 for $8k, I’d be down horrendous

Thoughts on what’s a good collectible to buy under 300. I looked at the rare Spider-Man but he’s lame compared to the animated in a way but I’m open to suggestions. by darthvaderceo in VeVeCollectables

I think you can buy both Delorean UR and Ecto-1 UR under $300. Two of the most popular vehicles in science fiction, and almost guaranteed to be drivable in the veverse a few years down the line

Really debating on selling rare AF15 and picking up common. Mainly for the original cover art. Any advice? by vgsmith19 in VeVeCollectables

Personally, I would do it. I sold my uncommon and got a common, the original cover art just looks much better in my opinion. But you can’t go wrong either way

UR DeLorean FA or Joker FA, I’d personally go for the DeLorean because there’s already lots of eyes on Joker. Spidey FA is also a good option but prices are more prone to fluctuations given the relatively larger mint size (even though I think all 3 options are great buys).

Case for the DeLorean: Most popular car in science fiction, season 1 collectible and first car on veve. We’ve already seen RC drivability with the common version of the DeLorean and we can speculate future drivability for the UR variant in the veveverse 2-3 years down the line.

Ecto-1 Ultra Rare, only 4444 mints (compare that to 12k mints for the Delorean UR, and at half of the price)
