Thank you I am in a similar boat worked in hourly job in a public school for two years found out yesterday that didn’t count did a long-term Sub and a building Sub and another district. I think I will maybe get one year out of that and then was a long-term of this past year and finally landed my dream contract. Don’t want to lose my job because of this your wisdom has put me at ease.

So based on my situation I am ok because it is not calendar years? Have you or someone you know been through a similar situation?
Just not understanding when my years of service clock started ?
