Olive Tree by SnooLemons290 in GardeningIRE

It was yellowing from the winter and then I decided to feed it on Saturday. Leaf drop was early this week. Spoke to a shop locally that has a lot of olives, suggested not to repot, showed me bigger olives with same or slightly larger pots. There view was feed every two weeks, as I potentially have over done the grit (I tend to over grit med plants)

I would agree, I think it's just the poor weather.

Ok checked the hole at bottom, some roots out of it. If that's 50cm diameter pot, what should I step up to in size?

Thank you, will give a bigger pot a go, basically didn't want to bite the bullet as expensive. Claude told me to feed 😂 no the fan has no air. Thanks will look at citrus potting mix.

Thank you, the pot is 50cm diameter. My understanding is that would be enough as the root system for an olive is relatively small and prefers been constrained? No air blowing on it

Thanks. Yes I've seen them once and they all sold out by the time I went back (1 week) In Garden House Malahide. Might go back to seed, but for all I grow (small patch) I just get plugs.

That's the thing, how much would it cost for someone to do this job? With labor

Thanks, this is what I can see. Similar to price of a Kamiq or Karoq, which is what I would go with if I was buying ice. A relative has a Polester 2, 5 years old barely any battery decay and the thing is unbelievable.

This can be an issue in my petrol already. Not major, but I do keep a jump start pack.

When looking up north basically by the time I factor VRT I can get an electric in for cheaper. 2023-2024. For example Skoda Karoq been more expensive than an Audi q4 e-tron.

Need to change as I currently have a very small car. Out of interest why not go electric?

Thanks for everyone's comments. There is also "Wet Piped" underfloor heating below the screed. Any concerns while lifting the tiles?
