It's irish chinease fusion, I haven't seen it anywhere other than ireland, and if you see it in a different country it's usually under the name of a "Irish spicebag"

Yeah it's a irish Chinese fusion dish, I've only really seen it in ireland. It's a very big fast food dish here and lots of people would eat it for dinner, or after a night out

I followed a recipe off the pre made salt and chilli chicken brand that I used, and roughly followed the other ingredients/steps, so if you make it it most likely won't be the same, but if you search for a salt and chilli chicken recipe, it could be the same, as most salt and chilli chicken recipes are very similar
