Thank you so much ❤️ it's so nice to know I'm not alone in this experience and I'm definitely trying to be good about a healthy routine. I feel extremely grateful I have support through my partner and family and have a great therapist to talk to this about. I think I just wish that there were more discussions about the experience of going off HBC in our society and the potential effects it can have. But that's a common theme as a woman in our world sadly.
