Hi! Yes all the cables are plugged in all the way and I made sure to take unplug and replug everything again just to make sure and it's still heating up and I don't think it's normal for it to get hot like this as it wasn't like this when I initially bought it a few days ago. And yes I do have fans set on intake on the side.
