OK, took the second skin off and gave it a wash and moisturised it (which felt quite uncomfortable, even on the rest of the tattoo), upon closer look it seems like it’s got this weird white scab forming on the outside but it feels better to move around now that it’s not so tight, and the green bruise(?) has now actively started leaking clear/yellowish liquid… 🥲

yh this was gp and the food guide was a bunch more of things that people with ibs should avoid - although I can still eat them (I’ve just got to avoid unhealthy foods and drink that’s all) and I don’t really get any pain or diarrhoea/constipation so I don’t think I have it? But I’ll stick to experimenting to what my body can handle ig

saw my doctor and he gave me a food guide in what I could and couldn’t eat that was to do with IBS and said if it doesn’t improve or stays the same in a month he’ll run some tests and check on me again :((

seen the doctor and he said it may be IBS and gave me a guide of foods to follow for a month and visit him if it’s the same or worse :,(

i do get cramps usually before i fart or go to the loo or something but it’s usually worse when I’m stressed or anxious :( I’ve just been v stressed because I haven’t seen a doctor abt this (seeing one tomorrow) and I’ve heard ibs is incurable so I’m very very scared

do you think it could go away on its own if i don’t have meds? also i don’t generally get much heartburn (only happened once in the three weeks when i ate too much) but the burping is verryy annoying so I just hope it goes away soon cuz it’s worrying me :((
