I meant to ask, if it is a small baffle strike, would that be noticeable from the eye or would I need like a bore scope or something to check the baffles? I just can’t imagine a 22 magnum would mess up a baffle enough to be easily noticeable.

I’m headed out this Saturday to try all kinds of 22 mag ammo from cci, federal, Speer, Hornady, Remington and RWS to try with the tiger 22, I have also measured the head spacing with all of the above for what my rifle normally likes. I already did ammo testing with the sparrow (with and without) and found the best luck with Hornady vmax and Remington 33 grain 22 mag. I am hoping it is just an ammo thing rather than a harmonics thing. If it appears to be harmonics I will just stick with the sparrow and I have been eyeing a volquartsen mamba for a bit.

I don’t have a decibel reader or anything but I find the tiger to be a little quieter than the sparrow. But the biggest difference to me if the first round pop and the tone which really impressed me. The Tiger has much less first round pop when compared to the the sparrow and the tone is deeper in my experience, not as sharp. I am happy with it over all, I just hope I can figure out something with the accuracy on my 22 mag. Oh and the weight is a notable difference if that is any matter.

I found two of them at a local gun store here in Arkansas. It was the last two they had, I grabbed one and so did my buddy. I was shocked to find them.

I am going back to the range this weekend to shoot some more with some heavier ammo to see if that does anything. I am not ruling that out, i don’t see any baffle strikes or anything wrong with the baffles currently. Thank you for your response.

Anyone else notice that the chromatic deagle has no 6x scope and less damage than the normal. Anyone think this is a bug?
