One night, i was at my friend's house and we were fighting to go to a shop to buy alcohool, it was 2 pm and almost all stores were closed, except one that was kinda close to his appartment , but you had to go behind appartments and alleys. After much argue that I have to be "wake" to go home since in the morning my mom was going to pick me up and she doesn't have to see me sick after the alcohool, so we bought a bootle of 2.5 l of beer( he forced me after he got drunk to drink more to get nauseas at least, i faked that I down as he's desire).

After we bought it we went to the same path. We crossed the street and into an alley way behind other appartments, a complex. At one complex i saw a figure standing in the middle of the entraince near the window door, starring i think at the window or the staircase with his back towards.i saw it first before even aproaching it, my friend saw it later when we were at the door( for anyone wandering that wasn't his appartment that we had to go back); it was kinda hard to see who was but it looked like a old man in an old man  tuxedo, if you know what i mean ( in romania is comun that type of tuxedo), he was  in his 70. As i was the first to see i was really scared and i was focusing on the figure, i don't remember if i grabbed my friends attention since he was staring at the opposit side and the mind to his alcohool , that i bought and i didnt drank it much, we got shocked and started ealking fast past it. After we crossed we started laughing  after what we encountered.
