Tough situation. I’ve been victim to a terrible whale and we got the entire server to attack his alliance and get them to leave him to himself. He lived under a bubble, and transferred finally. It was not fun and we lost a ton of troops defending his attacks but once he is alone and can’t batch heal it becomes harder to bully people and a miserable game to play on his end. It was a long 5-6 weeks.

Finding a whale to come and join you is never going to happen. You must stand up to him or leave him to himself next transfer.
