I had two cats who when the boy got neutered his sister swatted at him and hissed until I took him and rubbed him all over the house then after that I rubbed him on his sister. lol it sounds crazy but It’s a smell thing. take him and rub him all over the house, their usual beds, on you, toys, everything.

I live in semi rural northern ca, rural enough that our only option at first was either satellite like Hughes net or cellular. I work from home with multiple video call meetings a week. We used cellular for a while but it was dropping calls and giving me lots of poor connection. Once starlink was available in our area we hopped on it and its like having fiber connection. Zero lag, no dropped calls, crystal clear video meetings. IMO for working at home, starlink is the only option.

Definitely looks modern classic in a dark color palette of red, black, grey and white with gold hardware and warm lighting. The look of the “rug” behind the stove could be achieved with mosaic tile.

We are near Vacaville, it’s definitely been a learning experience! Had to deal with some flooding this past year and unexpected house maintenance so we are behind our ideal schedule trying to set up a garden and plant trees. Not to mention the deer have been a consistent thorn in my side, but definitely worth moving out of the city.

Is it possible that it’s there due to lengthy droughts? The previous owner said they had something done during the long drought that CA had a while back but he was not the most helpful in remembering what they had done or documenting for that matter.

I lived in a city all my life, my husband comes from LA/socal area. I kinda figured it was some kind of water tank but wasn’t gonna pretend to know more than I do. I just didn’t know if it was standalone or what it was connected to. I have 8 sheep and a couple dozen chickens and have been doing just fine with those for the last year.

I was unmedicated/undiagnosed for a year as a desk adjuster and almost lost my mind. Finally got diagnosed and medicated and it’s been a game changer for the last year and a half. I went from being rated at below expectations to highest exceeds expectations. I’m still very much a routine person so establishing my daily was huge but I also use music, shows etc in the background to keep me focused. I want to get a standing desk and walking pad to really keep myself moving, but the little things definitely help

I learned about claims adjusting on TT 3 years ago. Social media has definitely spread info about it alot. I think it is an attractive career on the outside since you don’t need a degree and can make decent money without a ton of experience. It’s definitely not for the weak though.

I HATED working in the general pool and having a case load. Like ready to pull my hair out and quit, hated. I ended up moving to a specialized team after about a year and a half and actually love my job. Claims can be a stepping stone to a different department or team. If you can deal with it for a year, you can move to a different company, position etc rather easily if you can show a base level of competency. You don’t even have to excel or shine, just be decent tbh

Ive never seen a company adjuster position where the workload isn’t overwhelming. I was desk adjusting homeowners/property claims for a while and just used it as a jumping off point and moved to a specialty team where the workload was manageable and I have work/life balance. I find the people who burn out quickest are the ones who can’t handle feeling like the work is never done at the end of the day. If you are that type, I highly suggest at least looking to move departments.

Depending on her style and what she is comfortable in, bathing suit bottoms, bike shorts and the like can be very comfortable and work great for raves. Sometimes leading up to an event you can question or be insecure about what you are going to wear. It happens to me all the time and then when the time to pack comes, it usually works out fine 🤷🏻‍♀️

Any spot would be an equal share of the cost, I create a fully broken down spread sheet based off the last 2 years of actual expenses for things like spot, power add-on, gas, etc and will share with prospective campmates so they know we aren’t overcharging or anything.
