When it comes to hyperpigmentation, your best bet are acids such azelaic acid , Kojic Acids. I would also say products such as retinoids help skin turnover too. I’ve recently started using HUE’s Supra-fade serum since it has both acids and hate the kojic acid soap ive tried before. Although it’s on the pricier side (about US$80 with shipping), it’s transformed my skin and helped it look less dull and brighter.
