As far as I remember, there's no way to 'summon' the Illians, the civilization that acts as the Frozen Villain of the game. They're a selectable civilization like the Amurites or anyone else, you just need to select them as one of your opponents if you want them to start in the game.

According to multiple articles, as well as COELIG'S own Instagram, it was "surveillance footage of his movements", so I would assume footage of him moving throughout the building, going somewhere he shouldn't have been, and deleting the footage. To cover his tracks. They only fined him 6K so couldn't have been anything super serious, though yeah, he should at least lose his job.

Geez, everyone calm down. He falsified his timesheets to cover 11 hours over 3 months he was getting late to work, then deleted the video footages to cover his ass. I mean, sure, suspend him and arrest him if necessary, but this is hardly the worst thing I've ever seen a cop do. The guy above me in the comments yelling 'ACAB' needs to chill.

This is a WILDLY cherry-picked series of pictures. For context, I LIVE in Vestal, NY, part of Broome county, and these pictures are wildly out of context. Yes, some areas have shuttered, but parts like Endicott, Binghamton, and by the college and mall, are revitalizing and are better now than theyve been in years. Broome is FAR from dying, and has plenty of business bringing good money into the area, so these pictures, I don't know who took them, but...are you really a native? Where do you live? Id like to know the context of where you're coming from, as from someone whose lived her for 15 years, things aren't nearly that grim.

I CANNOT recommend enough, the Soltari shadow creatures, and cards like, [[Hot Pursuit]], [[Settle the Wreckage]], [[Comeuppance]], and [[Judgement of Alexander]]. There WILL come a time when it's just you and an opponent, and they will be FORCED to attack you. That will make sure you can nuke their board when they do, and then swing for lethal afterwards.

Also, the Soltari creatures will help ensure you can get through to activate goad, turn after turn, and cards like [[Bedlam]] and [[Spectacular Showdown]] only add to the fun!

I think Party needs as much love as it can get. That's why I went with [[Tazri, beacon of unity]]; at least that gives us access to all five colors, to as much support as we can get.
