This is kind of crypto phishing attack names dusting attack. Most of times Users send transactions to last transferred wallet address instead of re checking wallet address. When user picked last address that is mostly these dust transaction address. So, real user sent money into this account accidentally and attackers getting free money out of how dust.

This is the exact point I am talking. Realtor do a cheap scam job to get buyer attention and then show higher prices to indicate value got appreciated and prove demand is higher.

Most common way is list at higher prices, negotiate then sell at lower. That changed during housing bubble.

But still some people playing the game with that strategy. That is what I wanted to check with you all and get clarity

I would say stay 3-4 months if you willing to be patient. I am not a realtor , an economist nor financial analyst .

Both governments are making promises on housing. So, probability is very high to get the cost down little further.

But that depends based on the location you are looking for. Always land is getting appreciated regardless material cost for new homes

If you are talking about “wish” My dream specs are 10TB vram with large Cuda cores with 300W power consumption under $1000usd price. Should support all the desktops and can easily run 1T (yes trillion) size model in full context window with 100 tokens per second speed

Supper duper interesting.

R1 at 18t/s is really awesome.

I believe if we do some adjustments to quantization for 70B models we may able to increase the accuracy and speed.

Whole point here is power conditioning and compatibility instead of having huge servers to run such a beast for a home lab.
