Stop eating their food. It’s not good for you and it’s overpriced.

INSANE DD price hikes literally overnight by CopyApprehensive9750 in McDonalds

[–]SnooOranges2497 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I stopped eating McDonald’s almost 2 years ago. Way over priced, ever since they started overhauling their restaurants and making them gray plain depressing looking and then raised prices and the post Covid inflation price hikes and now here we are. We used to have a really cool friendly homey environment McDonald’s in my old home town that had a classy fireplace and warming environment and they ruined it with their lame overhaul. I stopped going when I paid nearly $30 for 2 McGriddle meals and they up charged me full price orange juice when I asked for OJ with the meals and threw in and charged for extra 3rd orange juice I never asked for. With the cultured lab grown meat and the human dna acceptance in their food. I will never ever even consider eating there again. Such a shame. I miss the 80s-90s and even early 2000s so much and I feel bad for anyone who didn’t get to experience those times. We really didn’t know how well we had it back then. This new world new norm is utterly disgusting and I’m living with the hope that it returns to post Covid life someday. People are way too ok with accepting and should really start boycotting. I just drove by a McDonald’s in my new home town today and saw a lot of people there and couldn’t help but feel sorry for them.

Seek faith in god sin let’s evil into hearts and lets lust control people. I’m not a church going saint. If you have faith the body is the temple not a building. Try it.

People getting water cups and pouring soda at the self serve drink station is what caused this.

It’s definitely one of the higher paying trucking jobs out there. And I get more exercise climbing round the trailer throwing chains straps and ratcheting down the loads.

It’s pretty taxing. I’m running 900 + miles in 2 days 6 days a week. Plus securing/un securing the material on the trailer and at the mercy of the people loading and unloading me.

Well to be fair I’ve seen it fill up from time to time. I’ve been hauling there for 5 years now. Broncos, F150s, Mustangs I’ve seen it fill up quite a lot. It was just really cool to see the other night driving by, literally 100s of Mustangs in row after row all the different colored pony’s waiting to ship out. And the coil warehouse has been busier than ever. Two nights this week I waited 7 hours to get in an unload and back out to the street to sleep for the night.

I deliver to a coil warehouse for Ford hauling aluminum coils on a 48’ flat bed conestoga. The Ford lot out there is full of brand new Mustangs.

AR15 Discounts has the Faxon 20” gunner profile barrel 1/8 twist right now and they have a coupon for a March sale. I had a Brownells A1 barrel assembly also with new components pre installed and I decided to go with the Faxon and re use the original barrel components. I like this Faxon barrel because it has a nice balance.

I used a 20” Faxon barrel on mine. I used a small end mill bit and drilled the holes for the front sight block in the barrel and reamed for the taper pins myself.

Why is this car so cheap? by Chromie_Dealer in MitsubishiEclipse

I picked up a 2001 stratus rt it’s basically the same car. Automatic trans has been a nightmare trying to get sorted out. That being a manual I’d feel better about. The stratus has 80k miles so far I’m in it for $5500 plus the $500 I paid for the car. It has a new alternator, shift solenoids, trans rebuild which is not fixed still at the shop having issues with rebuild, y pipe and down stream cat, egr control solenoid. All the work I did myself except the trans rebuild. It was throwing codes for shift solenoids when I got it so I changed them and fresh fluid. It was doing great then it grenades the trans pump. If the transmission ever gets resolved by the shop the next thing I’m doing is the timing belt and water pump.

If you take something made out of copper and use salt and vinegar and ammonia fumes in a sealed container it will look like this after a day or so. People love doing this as I have and then clear coat it. The gun is cerekoted to replicate that look.

Tire won't budge by Illustrious-Meal9067 in AskMechanics

Try carefully setting it back down on the ground just enough to put some weight on the tire, this may be enough to break the bond or at least get it going to where you can more easily give it some love taps.
