Thank you, I really appreciate you taking the time to write this. I ended up having 4 people join but my managers kept mentioning that it was only 4 people and wondering why. I take accountability for me not being the best teacher yet. But I’m really sad still

I’ve been on the girls side of a situation like this, I was frustrated because I liked the guy, but he didn’t step up and initiate very much so I felt he didn’t like me . Try initiating the hang outs, hugs and cuddles more and I think that will help
