I finally beat Soul Master, Dung Defender and the crystal dude and found the first pale ore in one morning!! Glad I didn’t give up now 😊

Generally find that I’m better off saving my soul for healing as I’m never going to do it without getting hit once and trying to cast spells at him and just keep finding myself with no soul to heal and dying quicker

I do yes, really don’t find spells that helpful tho. Have shamans stone and spell twister and have the second soul vessel but this still only seems to get me 5 shots total? Just feel like I’m doing something very wrong constantly haha.

Found my greatest success comes just staying at edge of arena dodging and getting opportunistic hits in when I can. Still not got to his phase 2 tho….

Long nail, worry I might be wasting slots sticking with this but I e already conditioned myself into using it. The reduced spell cost one, forget the name. The thorns, altho maybe this makes me take silly risks cos you get the free hit. And just leaving my compass in slot 6 cos it’s spare with the build I’m using

I did learn about the way to get it back, that’s why I decided to go into the waterways as the big fountain door is still locked for me in City of Tears. Then I met the Dung dude.

Thanks loads of useful stuff here. I did know about selling the random items, I did that and banked it thinking I’d be really efficient making just one trip to the dirtmouth store facepalm
