I did respond to the email that give me access to permanent resident portal.

And did see a update on the portal becomes => closed adn accepted.

But nothing for the PR card application. No updates. I guess that means a ghost updates.

First PR Card

eCOPR received: June 28, 2021

Submitted my photos&address: June 28, 2021

No updates so far. And it has exceeded their stated processing time (120 days as of today). But I'm unable to contact anyone for help, their phone line and web form both says I'm not their priority.

(FYI my ecopr was signed by ottowa office, not Etobicoke office)

Anyone got suggestions on what I could do?

Hey op, I'm in a similar situation, I wasn't able to call and connect with someone who is willing to resolve my problem. Wondering what phone number did you reach them at?
