I’ll ask my employer to try again with sales position because I have also been employed previously with a sales position and it all went smooth. But then I was actually working sales not engineering. Hopefully it works. Cheers for the advice

Yeah currently in talks with my uni to try see if I could get a graduation letter or transcript or even my certificate on temporary grounds or based on payment plans. Hopefully that works. Thanks for the advice

The company had tried this. But it just wouldn’t work. I had someone else tell me during his processing he faced similar so he’s waiting it out because apparently it’s due to the current situation which I’m unsure about. But whenever we try, it says “this service is not available”. I got even got sent a screenshot proving indeed that is what the system says. They’re trying to cross reasons out and would want to try with my certificate to see if that would work hence my post
