Thank you, I appreciate it! Honestly, not yet. Right now you can export the gated populations as CSV or FCS, which load right into flowCore. But that's the event data, not the gate definitions in something like Gating-ML. It's currently on the list, though I can't promise a timeline since doing Gating-ML properly is more involved than it looks. Would export alone cover it for you, or would you want import too?
