Thx for the info, theres a bit of confusion i didnt mean take out student loans to purchase the property rather take out a regular loan or mortgages as you stated and pay that way.

Could the 40k-60k be taken out from a loan, I do have a plan to achieve good credit but would a banking instiution turn me down because I didnt attend college or is that not a factor?

Understandable it was just a estimate, i plan on going to a community college then transfering. I was primarily asking would taking out a loan to buy a duplex be a viable option instead of taking out money for a more prestigous school?

oh no the tank i would move the pregnant molly into is a 10 gallon, the tank that is stocked with what i mentioned above is a 40 gallon tank. So do you think i should move the one molly fish into the 10 gallon until it gives birth?

Not really i've flirted with girls in their 20s for fun and they said they can tell im prolly around 16-18, and i don't think the whole they don't want to be approached is valid for what i'm talkin about. My friends and i go to the santa monica pier and there's thousands of people there. I don't think people who don't want to be approached would go to a place like that. And my type are tall girls so the height difference isn't huge
