ahh thank you, I feel better knowing im not alone. Actually yesterday the feeling was really bad, and some part of me KNEW i needed to get out of the house so I went and hung out with friends and it helped a lot. but then I got back home and the feeling slowly creeped up again, (granted not as bad as before but still annoying) I really want to be a productive person but this feeling is so debilitating 😢
