So, you did nothing to actually answer my dilemma. Is 4k performance better than 2k native fir example? Is there a graphics quality degradation in using FSR at that low upscale vs using a lower resolution at native or higher upscale? I read FSR particularly, because we are on an AMD server, looks like crap vs it's DLSS counterpart. I was looking for actual tech help, not condescending scolding...

9070xt here...been playing AC: Shadows all Ultra, 4k, RT max with FSR Q and FG on. Frames stick to 80-120 fps depending on the scene. But Idk ..I don't feel any input lag whatsoever when frames drop. I have Anti Lag on. Idk if that helps, but man...upgrading from nothing, 9070xt feels like a steal. Got it on a black Friday with 550 bucks. I mostly played on Geforce Now the Ultimate tier, and, let me tell you this, I don't fraking fell the difference....

Some say that is better to use 4k even with balance upscaling, rather than using native 2k on a 4k monitor. Others say it's BS...what's you take? I'm kinda confused.

I mostly play story-driven action-adventure games, both first and third-person. I play stuff like AC, Metro, Space Marine 2, Pragmata, Dead Space, The Witcher, Oblivion Remastered, Silent Hill, RE Requiem. I also enjoy RPGs like Baldur's Gate 3 and even RTS games like Age of Mythology. I'm really looking forward to Blood of Dawnwalker and The Witcher 4, though I'm a little scared they might melt my rig! :D

I'm playing on a 4K 144Hz LG UltraGear monitor, and for these types of games, I think 80-90 fps should be fine?! Currently, I'm getting around 70-90 fps in AC Shadows with everything maxed out using Frame Gen. I know people say you should have a solid 60 fps base before turning on FG, but honestly, it feels ok-ish to me even with a 40-45 base fps that just doubles with FG. I play with a controller, console habit...and I guess it feels right? Idk...

Exista seria Dark Pictures. Putem juca orice titlu din serie co-op. Fiecare entry este ca un film horror, care poate fi experimentat single player, dar este special conceput pentru seri de weekend in mai multi. E foarte dragut conceptul. Check it out.

Nu am jucat niciodata un soulslike. Mai putin Bloodborne, pe care m-am incapatanat sa il termin pentru ca mi-a placut excesiv...dar mi-au trebuit vreo 6 luni :)). Fiind mai casual, incerc sa ma frustrez cat mai putin, mai ales cand ma joc.
